Flying Dreams Brewing Dreaming of Summer American Saison
Dreaming of Summer

Style: American Saison
When one dreams of summer, what does one envision? A local round of disc golf. Days at the ballpark or at the beach. Picnics just about anywhere. Hot nights in the backyard or by the pool. Clothing might be sparse or even optional. Sweat dripping off your forehead, only to be chilled by a cold, light, refreshing beer, whose subtle tangy flavor is as surprisingly delicious as it is light and thirst quenching. Dreaming of Summer brings you a little slice of summer no matter what time of year it is.

Boroweizen

Style: German Style Wheat
We brewed this beer to show you that not all cloudy beers have to be hoppy, citrusy IPAs. Boroweizen is our classic German style wheat beer that pours with a beautiful straw-yellow body and thick, frothy head. It features a balanced 1-2-3 aromatic punch of clove, bubblegum, and banana, a natural by-product of fermentation from the traditional Weihenstephan yeast.  Each sip of this brew will refresh and rejuvenate you with its fulling fruit and spice flavors.  So grab a pint, kick back, and relax in our taproom – Marlborough’s little slice of heaven!

Flying Dreams Brewing Fuel America Coffee Stout
Fuel America Coffee Stout

Style: Cold Brewed Coffee Stout
This dry, Irish-style Stout was already smooth, roasty, and very drinkable, and then we added coffee to it. We acquired a beautiful Brazilian/Colombian, medium-light roast coffee from Fuel America in Worcester and added it to the brew 36 hours before packaging. In effect, we made a cold-brew, using our Stout as the liquid! An already amazing brew turned into something heavenly, with beautiful coffee and cocoa notes complimenting the Stout underneath. Love coffee? Love beer? Look no further!

Flying Dreams Brewing Double Mando DIPA
Double Mando DIPA

Style: Double IPA
This double IPA uses Mandarina Bavaria hops but the intensity and complexity comes from combining the 5 hops used throughout the brew. With a nice smooth malt backbone and some mild alcohol warmth, this bold brew packs a punch! Aromas of mango, orange, resin, and grapefruit blend seamlessly together to become one intense, ripe, aggressive package of heady goodness.

Syzygy IPA

Style: Belgian White IPA
Belgian White Ale meets American IPA in this delicious and balanced concoction, allowing you to taste both the Belgian notes and the juicy hops in fairly equal measures. Cloudy, fruity, and spicy, meets hoppy with a bite.

Woo-Tang IPA

Style:  New England/West Coast Hybrid IPA
Using a beautiful combination of hops from the US (Bravo, Ekuanot, Mosaic) and New Zealand (Wakatu), Woo-Tang is the bright and complex IPA that you desire. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, and more, are the complex tang to the beautiful body and carbonation. Cheers!

Lil’ Dragon

Style: Extra Light, American Cream Ale
This draft-only crusher is the lightest beer we’ve made to date! But don’t get the wrong idea. Our cream ale is so smooth and delicious that it may surprise you. Made with pale malt and just a hint of flaked maize (no, there is NO lactose), this wonderful beer has the drinkability of a light lager, but with more flavor and a better mouthfeel. Not in the mood for a crazy beer? Want something mild, yet delicious? Look no further than this gold medal winner! Cheers!

My Precious Pilsner

Style: Czech Style Pilsner
My Precious Pilsner recreates the experience of tasting an authentic pilsner at the source. Light, fresh, crisp, with mild grain and noble hop aromas, and a nice bite in the finish. This is not the pilsner you are used to. This is the pilsner you’ve been missing all your life. This is the pilsner that makes you realize you love pilsners. You just never had a real one before. Na zdraví!

Pond Jumper IPA

Style: New England/West Coast Hybrid IPA
First brewed as an ode to Hole 1 of Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in Leicester, Pond Jumper IPA was also debuted there during the 2016 Vibram Open Championship. Disc golfers love their juicy IPAs and this one was brewed for them. Passionfruit, grapefruit, mango, orange, and pineapple are just a few juicy words that apply here. So whether you are trying to clear the pond with a huge bomb, or just jumping in the pond to cool down, let Pond Jumper refresh and invigorate you. Cheers!

Cucumber Gose

Style: Sour Ale
This bright golden gose is tart and dry, with citrus flavors from coriander and hops, and a mild cucumber aroma from a healthy dose of cucumber juice. It’s a 40% wheat mash, Lactobacillus kettle sour, with freshly crushed organic coriander, cucumber juice, Himalayan pink salt, and a smidgen of hops. The result is practically sublime — beautiful, unique, and refreshing!

Winter Lager

Style: Dark Lager
We use German malts, German hops, and German lager yeast to make this very traditional, dark, German-style lager. Tasting like a slice of cold weather in Munich, this lager highlights wonderful, rich, nutty malts, yet doesn’t leave a lingering sweetness on the palate. German noble hops balance the malt very nicely and leave you with a semi-dry finish that begs for another sip. This lager is meant to celebrate the dark, cold winter, with a dark and smooth, yet oh-so-drinkable brew. So join us, enjoy this unadulterated Winter Lager, and try to stay toasty. Prost!

Oak-Aged Brown Ale

Style: Brown Ale age on oak This brown ale is a beer brewed for a those who love malty rich flavor. Brewed with hearty amounts of barley, oats, and wheat, it has beautiful complexity yet remains wonderfully smooth. Now, how do you make an amazing beer even better?  You age it on toasted American white oak for 10 weeks!

Nightcrawler IDA

Style: India Dark Ale
The dark and mysterious cousin of India Pale Ale, this complex beauty blends the color and body of a black ale with the flavor and aroma of an IPA. Combining malts from North America, United Kingdom, and Germany, and hops from the Yakima Valley, it bridges the gaps between countries and styles. Nightcrawler’s fantastic flavor cannot be contained so instead it creeps through the shadows and sneaks up on your senses, only to land a place in your heart and in your fridge that no other could take the place of. Not for the faint of heart.

Sour Cherry Gose

Style: Kettle Sour with Tart Cherry
This deep pink gose is tart and dry, with citrus flavors from coriander and local hops, and a mild cherry aroma from a healthy dose of tart cherry juice. It’s a 40% wheat mash, Lactobacillus kettle sour, with freshly crushed organic coriander, tart cherry juice, and Himalayan pink salt (and a smidgen of local hops). The result is practically sublime – beautiful, unique, and refreshing!

Raspberry Tripel

Style: Belgian Triple Our gold medal winning Belgian Tripel! A Belgian Tripel should be surprisingly light and drinkable, considering its incredible strength. Like a traditional Tripel we crafted ours with Belgian Candi Sugar to increase the alcohol level without sacrificing the light body and dry finish. Unlike a traditional Tripel we included a healthy dose of 100% pure raspberry concentrate. The complexity is a journey starting with the raspberry notes, followed by traditional spicy/peppery complexity, and finishing with the dryness and alcohol warmth that you would expect in such a brew.  For maximum enjoyment, sip slowly! Cheers!

Park Ave Porter

Style: Brown Porter
Here’s a great, dark, smooth Porter to tantalize your taste buds with its malty complexity. Layers of malt, including some oat malt and chocolate malt, are introduced to this mash which contribute to its rich smoothness and its cocoa and coffee notes; nothing so strong as to confuse this with a stout, but enough to make it just purely wonderful. Noble hops are added for balance and to add just a hint of earthy, spicy complexity. Ready for a true fall beer?

Red Eye Rye

Style: Red Rye IPA
It’s deliciously hoppy with a mild, rye spiciness. The dank hops and spicy rye combo remind you of a wake-and-bake followed by some rye toast and grapefruit… followed by more baking, which makes you more hungry… so you have to have more rye toast and grapefruit. Do you see where I’m going with this? Red Eye Rye! That’s it. Easy does it!

Aphrodisiac

Style: Russian Imperial Stout with Chili Pepper & Cocoa Nibs This Russian Imperial Stout is a dark chocolate lover’s dream! The base stout is a rich and delicious combo of oats, chocolate wheat malt, and roasted barley, but then we decided to add cocoa nibs and Bird’s Eye chili pepper. The heat is low and slow, perfectly balanced with chocolate to provide just a touch of heat to warm the soul.

Straight Up Gose

Style: Sour Ale
This iteration of our Kettle Sour Series brings forward the taste of fresh lemon and lime, although no fruit is actually added! Like a traditional Gose, this beer is acidified (soured) in the kettle with lactobacillus then we introduce our house ale yeast to finish fermenting the beer. Finally, we add a healthy dose of organic Egyptian coriander and Himalayan pink sea salt resulting in a beer that is incredibly refreshing and drinkable! It is also possible to put your own twist on things with a flavor shot of your choice.

The Nightmare After Christmas

Style: Russian Imperial Stout
This Russian Imperial Stout, made to be ready after the winter holiday season, is the nightmare of your nightmares… which means it’s your friend — a beautiful, dark, fiendish friend. This one is as black as your worst nightmares, but tantalizes the palate with beautiful notes of roasted coffee, dark cocoa, and just a hint of smoke. There could be no better friend and companion, to nurse you spirits back to health, in the dark and bleak winter days that follow the coming of the New Year. Na Zdorovie!

Consession IPA

Style: Session IPA What kind of beer would you want to find at a concession stand? The kind of beer our brewmaster finally conceded was worth brewing! ConSession IPA is tropical and citrus fruity and very dry, drinkable, and refreshing. Pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, and guava are some of the notes that tickle the taste buds on this oh-so-drinkable concoction that is meant for people who want to have their IPA and drink it too! So go ahead and enjoy, and keep enjoying, and may your enjoyment last and last! Cheers!
